The Trust is authorized to handle trust assets judiciously to effectively fulfill its objectives.
The Trust is authorized to receive donations, charge reasonable tuition fees, and ensure self-sufficiency for its institutions. It aims to instill discipline, law-abiding behavior, and self-restraint while fostering inventive and research capabilities. The Trust is open to all individuals in India, with the Trustees having the discretion to determine beneficiaries. The founder, serving as the managing Trustee, holds the power to veto decisions conflicting with the Trust's objectives. The Board of Trustees, numbering between three to nine members, oversees the Trust's operations.
